Using FiFi

You may use FiFi to care for your own pets and the pets you’re responsible for. Please use the app lawfully and respectfully, and don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

The pet information, photos, and documents you add are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content so the app can work for you. You’re responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

Not a substitute for veterinary care

FiFi helps you organize care and reminders, but it is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health decisions about your pet. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency clinic immediately.

Purchases

Some features and items (such as Premium or shop products) may be offered for a fee. Prices and availability may change, and applicable app-store or payment terms will also apply.

Availability

We work hard to keep FiFi running smoothly, but we provide the service “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
